| So far, I've been 15 days without a cigarette and this kit helped so much. I have quit many times before in the past and this is the most comfortable first week without cigarettes I've ever had. The pills are discreet (unlike chewing on something to control cravings) and easy to use. I felt great the whole week. The directions suggest that you only use the pills for the first week, but you get way more than you need for a week. I still occasionally take the one for cravings when I'm in a stressful situation. A great product. |
